Road Trippin’ 2025 Summer Day Camp

Each week we will have themed Bible verse each day, trivia, and enrichment activities.

One time non-refundable registration fee $75.00 (pay with cash, check or PayPal)
Includes a t-shirt.

Discounts are available for WHDS families and members of Woodland Hills.
- Tuition for the week will be billed out through BrightWheel on Sunday and are due by Tuesday. Late payment fees of $10 are added on Wednesday. Two weeks late payment and students will be unenrolled.
- Hours are 7:00am – 5:30pm. Late charges of $15 a day are applied after 10 minutes.
- The weekly charges do not include extra activities and field trips. Many will be free, but some do cost. You will receive a list the prior week of the cost for field trips. You will be billed on a separate invoice through BrightWheel after the activities/field trips.
- Road Trippin’ 2025 will have themed Bible verse each day, trivia and some sort of enrichment activity. The only holiday closure we will have is Friday, July 4.
- Fill out the forms and turn them in the first day of camp or email the completed forms to [email protected].
- The first day of camp you will receive two fobs to gain access to the building. If you have more than two approved adults for kiddo pick up/drop off, please contact Kaye.
- Morning breakfast/snacks and afternoon snacks are provided.
- Students must bring their own lunch. Please make sure they have everything they need to eat their lunches (forks, spoons, etc.)
- Concerning microwaves: We would prefer you bring sack lunches. It cuts into lunch time if your child has to wait for their meal to warm up.
- Toys and other items need to be discouraged.
- We would like all campers to turn in their cell phones to Rena in the morning and pick them up when they leave.
- Dress code: This needs to be school/church appropriate. No short shorts, crop tops. Bellies and bottoms need to be covered.
- Campers should wear tennis shoes. We do a lot of walking and sandals/crocs cause accidents.
- Camper names must be on everything. Water bottles, towels, bags, lunch boxes etc. Lost and found was full all summer and was never picked up.
- Camp shirts must be worn on field trips or camper does not go. This is a safety issue and helps us keep up with everyone when we go places.
- Campers should not bring money on field trips or water events. This just causes problems with those that don’t have money.
- Campers may purchase a soft drink from the machine only at lunch. (at their own risk)
- You will, if not already, receive a BrightWheel notification. This is the program we use for attendance, billing, and communication between staff and parents. Please download the app and familiarize yourself with the program. If you have any questions, please let us know.
